10/26/2026 *new* review: This location is a great choice to support businesses needing extra storage. Their team (Trish, Tyler, others) are attentive and very helpful in problem-solving as we have unique needs with a handful of our staff requiring access plus the ability to receive Fedex Deliveries is a bonus. Thank you for being an important service for our company! Previous Review: Friendly, available and professional customer service. Rented 10 x 10 unit, climate controlled this month. Building clean, carts are easy access, our unit is on the 3rd floor but elevator is quick. Hallways are a little narrower than what I had in Tennessee but adequate and allowed me to move bulky items. Tyler the staff on duty provided everything I needed to move in successfully.
