Reyna the manager of San Ramon facility is by far the best storage manager I’ve ever felt with. Professional, kind and courteous. She always treated me with respect even when I’ve been late on my payments. The previous Manager was awful . He use to berate me and make me cry for being late

Good service with great professional staff. The support line and the on-site management are always genuinely friendly in every interaction so far. Great quality facility, all-around. It feels safe there and it's conveniently located in a calm area. Many good things to be said. This storage has been crucial to me, and the relief of how ideal it is makes me consider keeping it for quite some time.
