Update Reina is very kind and will try to work with you to get your rates down some versus the guy i previously dealt with in the past that I was not so kind. But still their rates are higher than I can afford so I relocated my stuff elsewhere to a more affordable place that rarely increases rent. I will give them an extra star because Reina is nice but their review is based on their corporation CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! ITS A TRICK THE WEB-RATES ADVERTIESED INCREASE SIGNIFICANTLY AFTER ONLY A FEW MONTHS AND THEY DON'T TELL YOU THIS!! its not like other facilities that keep those rates for at least a year. They INCREASED my rate by $100 HUNDRED DOLLARS PER MONTH!! after just a few months of MOVING IN AND NOW ITS $324/MO!!! I politely asked if they could work with me and how i thought i was getting the rate they advertised for a year. I was never rude about it and always respectful when i called to ask. I was then told they can increase the rates whenever they want all they have to do is just give a 30 days notice. I guess it's in the fine print that was never mentioned to me. It's just unfortunate because i am going through a hardship and specifically moved my stuff to extra space to get the rate that was advertised not knowing they can change the rate whenever they want. I budgeted to get what I thought i could afford for the next year. I am a good customer always pay on time. No issues. I wish i could downgrade to a more affordable rate but my unit is filled to capacity. When i initially called i spoke to a women who lowered it a little for me but only by $20. I was told i should call to speak to the manager another day so i did. So I called and spoke to Graeme the manager for this facility who i met once before who i thought was very nice on check-in, he was very kind and helped me and my family out and asked me to give him a nice review that day which i did. But when i spoke to him about my concern of the significant rate increase he was just so dismissive and rude for no reason. I was very polite about the whole situation and asked if he could just help me keep the rate for awhile but i could tell he really did not care at all and that's so unfortunate. He pretty much said have a nice day and rushed me off the phone without even trying to work with me or listen to me. Unfortunately just not good customer service and not a great experience in general which is just very sad. Now being out of state i have to figure out what i am going to do which is just causing me a lot of stress. Just a very unfortunate experience. FUTURE CUSTOMERS PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Used this place for storage and it was easy to use and convenient. No problems going in and out and storage was clean and instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, convenient location & hours, affordable rate

Moved out my storage unit for the past 7yrs. If I need storage again I will defintely sign up again. Thank you!
