Fast and friendly service at this location! I decided on a whim to rent a storage unit 40 minutes before closing one day, so I submitted my information via the website and Zoe called within 10 minutes to let me know that all I needed to do was stop by the office to verify my ID. I got there 15 minutes before they closed and my unit was already set up and ready for me! Zoe and the other lady who was working that evening were both very friendly despite it being so close to closing time for them. I’ll be using this location for all my storage needs.

Melissa was really helpful and provided the best customer service I could’ve ever asked for. She had a very positive attitude which made me feel very welcome and safe. I believe she deserves a raise. The storage units were also very clean and secure.
