Ok so originally I left a good review for this place HOWEVER, time has passed and the management got a little too comfortable. I thought they were on top of things at the facility but, no not at all. They make up their own rules as far as how long you're allowed to be there. I was cleaning out my whole unit and looking for birth certificates and Lou the manager comes up with this 2 hour rule that you cant be there any longer than 2 hours. As I'm clearing out my 10x20 unit I now have to put everything back in storage and leave to go have lunch or something before I come back. It's crazy. The units are constantly getting broken into, and the place is infested with rats. All day and all night you hear and see them and they eat everything, bleach bottles, krazy glue whatever they can and leave the feces everywhere. The managers at extra space don't even care, they do nothing to take care of them or try to prevent more from coming in there.

The staff, facility, hours, accessibility, cleanliness, billing, customer service, and spaces could nit be more professional, or be improved in any way. The staff has been very informative and flexible. I have stored my things for years, have experienced 3 other storage companies, not come close to EXTRA SPACE STORAGE! I highly recommend this location on North 7th street, the staff is exemplary.
