Have been hete since April of 23, good service, like the climate controled inside. I had some questions about a smaller unit and was helped by a very well spoken young lady today 1/8/24, she got me the info quickly and we had time for a little chat. Melinda I believe was her name. Thank you for your help today. You are an asset to ny company ,. This rental place shouls hold on to you. 3/19 /24 I have cleaned out my unit 1138 and talked with Stephanie, she told what to do with removing the lock and leaving the unit clean. She was very helpful.Thank you.

I have to say I'm not happy about storing our stuff anywhere but where we live, but if I had to do it it would definitely be this place, Extra Space Storage is a very clean and nice place to store your things. And the staff is absolutely wonderful they go out of their way to help, they're very friendly and knowledgeable and just wonderful human beings. Thanks Extra Space Storage for employing great people like Russell who went above and beyond for us once again.???? thank you Russell for all your help today. ????Additional Review here as of 3/4/2024 I want to thank Stephanie for all her hard work and support and the amazing job she did helping us have the smoothest transition for renting our 3rd unit at Extra Space Storage on LPGA Blvd, my Wife and I are so grateful for you and all of your efforts to ensure we got the right unit at the right price and even fixing the system error issue that went down, probably due to leap year, but either way, you were absolutely great, and super duper helpful, and we are thankful to you for going above and beyond, thank you so much ??
