Sharell was great! She had an excellent attitude and knew exactly what she was doing… She also walked me up to storage to make sure everything would fit! Never seen wonderful customer service like this… I instantly booked because she made me feel like I was at home… I’m thankful I came there… she is a blessing!!!

I've been with you guys for years. My fiance and has been in and out of the hospital since February. I ran into an issue while she was in the hospital. I tried talking to one of your people about just making a payment plan or seeing if you guys could help out somehow. I was treated like I was anothing, I felt disrespected I had no voice or anyone the cared. I have no idea if someone bought my stuff I'll never know what I lost you guys would not talk to me or work with me. I literally have nightmares worried about what I lost. Children's books painting things that are life memories that you can never get back. lost forever because you didn't teach your employees to have sympathy, empathy or courtesy.
