I would not recommend this storage facility. The unit was dirty when I received it with dust debris rust and what appeared to be insulation or other material scattered throughout the space. The hallways were also poorly maintained with dirt leaves and debris throughout the building. This facility is not climate controlled and the conditions inside the units reflect that. The metal framing shows significant rust and the overall property appears neglected. I raised concerns about the condition of the unit immediately and requested a refund but was denied. I also did not feel comfortable accessing the facility alone. The hallways were dimly lit and the environment felt isolated and poorly maintained. As a woman I did not feel particularly safe coming here by myself especially during quieter hours. If you are storing furniture electronics documents or other items sensitive to heat humidity or dust I would strongly consider another facility. Cleanliness maintenance and customer service fell well below my expectations and I was disappointed that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed.
