Will was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. My mother-in-law had a lot of questions and he had no problem answering all of them multiple times. The setup there is nice and the space feels new even though I believe it is 20 years old. prices were fair, he did mention they may be increased after a while but said we can always call and negotiate if needed. so far so good!
