If you have a unit here on the 3rd floor it was probably broken into around May 2026 or so, actually any unit in the building that has a wire fencing ceiling has from what I've seen probably been broken into. Worst storage experience I've had in Portland. My unit on the 3rd floor was broken into (July 2026) via someone who had apparently broken into units at this location multiple times (the employee stated that they had found units on the floor broken into weeks/months prior) , and while being shown the 2 other units on the same floor that were available to move into BOTH of them had there ceilings also broken into. We were informed our unit was found without a lock and the wire fencing on the ceiling was opened. Our unit was near the cameras and we were shown multiple security measures, alarmas, and locks that had been disabled or all together broken by these thieve still not fixed from the first round of break ins they knew about, so even with the gate code, elevator code and apperiance of security this building is far from safe. I have seen at least two other reviews describing this same thing.

We take reports regarding the security of our facility very seriously, and we are truly sorry for the distress and frustration you experienced. Edited review: PLEASE READ!!! Never ever ever rent from here. Their units are constantly getting broken into and extra storage space refuses to take any accountability. I reached out multiple times for months and nobody has gotten back to us. One employee let us know on the day of our break in "looks like its veen lived in for awhile" and "i think i know who did this. He has been arrested for this before" Employee tried to show us three other units and those were broken into as well. They let us know "Oh yeah we had a break in 2 weeks ago" and not once did they let other tenants know about this and have them check on their items. Their cameras dont works, their alarms obviously dont work. Elevators barely work. Do yourself a favor and try elsewhere.
