6/20/2026 - NOT A SECURE FACILITY Our unit was broken into, even though it is on the 3rd floor and DIRECTLY in front of one of their cameras. The manager simply handed us a pamphlet for an insurance claim and a new barrel lock then told us to call and file a police report. He made no attempt to secure our unit (that was accessed by tearing aside the flimsy wire fencing on the ceiling) and went home before the police could even arrive to take our report. After speaking with several other tenants of this place we've learned that there has been a rash of break-ins at this location. Nobody was notified of that, nor advised to check on their units. This is on top of worsening conditions all around. Elevators are constantly out of order. The place is filthy. No access to the bathrooms, etc. Throw in predatory rate increases every year and skeezy homeless camps surrounding the building and here we are. I don't know where these positive reviews are coming from, because this has to be one of the worst storage facilities in Portland.
