After just having signed up I can say the entire process was really straight-forward and easy to navigate. Nikita was awesome in helping me finalize everything. Facility is clean, secure and easy to access but they've raised the rates on us twice in less than a year since moving in. The first time was less than three months after we moved our stuff in. I'm sure they were banking on us not wanting to deal with moving anything again. Now another significant increase and we are looking elsewhere.
