I had an amazing experience at this location! Located off S Henderson Rd in King of Prussia I was very kindly greeted by Will who took me to as many units as I wanted to see, answered all my questions (no matter how neurotic or simple they were!) with the utmost knowledge, and helped me find the best deal on my unit! When I originally called to inquire about getting a storage space from their call center, not even 5 minutes after my request was put in the manager Tyler called me to confirm my request to view a unit! Tyler was very kind, helpful, and made my appointment request process seamless. The building itself is like Fort Knox and I feel so safe storing my items with this location! If you need a climate controlled storage unit, I could not recommended this location and their employees enough!
