The rental process was good. Brent at the facility was prompt and attentive to my storage needs. The facility is orderly and free of pests. The issue is not your service, its the fact that you offer a good rate, then double it in 2-3 months and someone like me leaves! I wish there was a better, long term focused ( at least a year) rental and customer retention plan. I think you will be a great resource for many automotive enthusiasts like me, to store vehicles. However there has to be some middle ground as far as your rates go and focus on somewhat of a longer rental period than 2-3 months.
