Units are clean, staff is very helpful and kind. My biggest complaint is in less than a year my rate for a 5x8 unit went from the promotional price of $38 to the regular price of $65, to now $119. Currently working on moving out.

UPDATE: the manager reached out and was able to resolve the "merged" united issue, fixing the lease and billing issue for unused, separate unites. The bay doors are still not operational. _______________________________________________________________ Look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle. I rented a unit online that was advertised as drive up access and climate controlled. I showed up and the unit was on the 3rd floor. Additionally, to create the size of unit that was advertised, they "merged" 2 separate units into 1 lease. To make things even more fun, the bay doors for "drive up access" to a 3rd floor unit have been broken since the day I moved in, resulting in hundreds of dollars spent in extra moving labor time. Now that I don't need 2 merged units, I am told that I would need to move all my stuff into a new unit because of a system constraint. When I asked for this in writing via an email, I was told that "that isn't possible, it an only be explained on the phone or in person" - seems shady to me. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. The service here is terrible, the advertising is misleading or flat out wrong, and the staff are indifferent and don't care.

The misleading advertising regarding the drive-up access and climate-controlled unit, as well as the broken bay doors that have caused you additional moving expenses, are entirely unacceptable, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We also understand how concerning and frustrating it must have been to discover that your unit was on the 3rd floor and that two separate units were merged to create the advertised size, without proper communication upfront. Furthermore, we apologize for the lack of transparency when you requested information in writing regarding your current situation with the merged units. You deserved a clear and straightforward response, and we regret that your experience with our staff left you feeling dismissed and unheard. We want to make this right for you and work toward a resolution that addresses all of your concerns.
