I do not write reviews, but this one is necessary. We recently had a very bad experience with this storage facility. We had rented a unit for a year and just had to move our stuff out because of a rat infestation that we dealt with for 6 months. Please be aware that if you use this facility your stuff may be ruined, like ours. After we notified the facility of the issues (rat dropping literally over everything and chewed threw multiple items) we were told this was our issue to deal with and that no help would be provided to resolve the problem. Even after trying to work on multiple solutions with the site manager we were told there is nothing they could do. When we exhausted all options we requested to at least be able to throw away the infested items in the on site dumpster and were told this is not for personal use. PERSONAL USE! Are you kidding me. We simply did not want to put our destroyed memories and furniture in our cars because it was covered in rat poop and we’re told no. Really just disappointed in the lack of care or support. At a minimum deal with the rat problem.
