Ms Sonja is a beautiful ans professional, her great energy and bubbly personality is very welcoming. Not only that she's very helpful. She witnessed me struggling to get mt items out of the vehicle and into the storage. She didn't hesitate fir 1 second to lend a hand. I left there with a new friend ??

Jamie was very pleasant and helpful. She explained everything I needed to know about my account. But what I didn’t like was the company raising rate and only sending a flyer by mail to advise and increasing almost double the rate. This had no bearing on the rep at the Bessemer office.

I never write reviews but I appreciate Sonya sooooo much. I had already been to 2 different storage unit before coming here and this is by far the best.
