I had to make a very quick last minute decision about renting a storage unit and Extra Space Storage came to the rescue. The whole process took place in less than 30 minutes. The units are clean, dry and spacious. Thank you Brent and Jay for all of your kind and efficient help!

The website was extremely easy to book on and even after I rented late in the evening I received a call the next morning making sure I had all the info I needed to access the unit. Excellent customer service!!

I've rented Car storage for 4 months, the protection is perfect, but keep in mind on the rent rate. For first 3 months, the rate I got was $186, but the forth month changed to $266 without notice (I asked customer service and they said they will send the mail to your address if the rate increase is necessary, but I didn't get it), and because of the contract is month-to-month, that is also the reason rate would not be fixed. For quality, I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage, but just need to keep in mind on rent rate.

I’ve been using extra space storage for about a year and a half now and it has been a great experience. I feel like my belongings are safe and secure at their facilities, no matter the city. The rates are fair and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

After a long and harrowing week of trying to find storage pods, then storage space, and setting up appointments for companies who never showed, I think God knew I needed a break, before I had a breakdown, and led me to EXTRA SPACE. What a fast, easy, reasonable, remarkable experience! I was so relieved that I have somewhere to put my furniture Monday, when I have to move it, that I LITERALLY CRIED tears of JOY. Extra Space is at the top of my list of caring, easy-to-work-with companies. They will have my storage business from now on. I won't call anyone else. THANK YOU BEYOND WORDS!!!
