Had a great experience here. Building is kept clean and has carts to help with moving in/out. They have added an app that allows digital access to the building so no more forgetting codes. Lastly, when it came to moving out the manager John was very friendly and helpful with the move out process. Would definitely use this facility again.

What could’ve been a stressful situation turned into an easy quick fix. I lost my storage unit keys, and the representative John quickly assisted me with unlocking my unit and getting me replacement keys! Excellent service!

Great place to keep your stuff. Easy 24hr access, multiple protection systems in place to keep your stuff safe, and it's right next to the police station. Air conditioned units, big and small, multiple levels, but they have free dollies to use and 2 elevators that are always working Easy to pay in app, and you can set up auto-payments

Everything went very smoothly over the phone and in person. They had a very good monthly rate compared to about a half dozen other storage facilities in the area.

The staff has provided excellent service, lots of great information and assistance, and are very friendly. The storage unit is clean and was ready for me immediately.

John was the first person I met at Extra Space Storage, and he was great! He took the time to explain everything about the process and the facility in detail, which made getting started really easy. This is only my second day with them, so I’m giving a five star rating for now and will update this review as the year progresses. My honest feedback, the entire facility feels very secure, which I appreciate, but if you’re going in and out frequently, it can get a bit tiring entering your code or using the app each time to access the lobby doors and elevators. The mobile app itself could use a little improvement, as the icons and logos seem to move around, making it tricky to tap the right option sometimes. The facility and the outside grounds are very clean. Overall, though, the staff has been wonderful. John and another young lady staffer have both been very helpful and professional. So far, my experience has been great!
