Jamie was very pleasant and helpful. She explained everything I needed to know about my account. But what I didn’t like was the company raising rate and only sending a flyer by mail to advise and increasing almost double the rate. This had no bearing on the rep at the Bessemer office.

I never write reviews but I appreciate Sonya sooooo much. I had already been to 2 different storage unit before coming here and this is by far the best. Sonya made the process so easy and made me feel very comfortable with my selection. She was so friendly and just made getting a unit seem like the easiest thing in the world!!
