I had an easy and quick sign up process (less than half an hour), the staff both on the phone and in person have been amazing, the facility is well lit and secure, and the building feels safe. As a woman I'm always keeping safety in mind, and I feel safe here not only with the security measures they take but also the clientele. I appreciate the carts we can borrow to help moving things in and out easier. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for storage. It has never been that busy when I've been there. I have moved the items myself so I cannot speak to the staff help as far as moving in of items. The rate was very affordable for what I needed, and I appreciate the month to month billing with no contract. The place is indeed clean, no odors, no holes in the walls, and feels very professional. At each level there is a call button which pages the office staff, so you never have to go up and down the floors to ask for assistance.
