Great customer service and prices

My husband and I just rented with Anthony at ExtraSpace Storage in Montgomery and it was one of the most pleasurable encounters dealing with a service provider that I have experienced in some time. The personal service Anthony gives makes a world of difference when selecting a storage facility (and there are as many options out there as there are car washes)! Frankly, ExtraSpace was our first and only stop to compare offerings and prices; that’s because of Anthony and the real world personality that he attaches to this company.

Our very good first experience with Extra Space Storage starts with the human assistance we received from Anthony. I thought his personable service which was indispensable to our decision to rent the storage today without spending time looking around. Highly recommend that upper management keep the model that employs human services and more emphasis to enhancing their ability to offer full services of discounts etc. Thanks

Anthony is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a huge smile and made us feel completely at ease. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to answer every single question we had—no matter how small. You can immediately tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. He made the entire process smooth, easy, and even enjoyable (which is saying a lot when it comes to storage needs!). Anthony went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone so kind, professional, and truly exceptional at what they do. I had a great experience with this storage facility so far ! it is very secure, which is something very important to me . I recently had to move to a bigger unit and the staff member who assisted me with the process was very kind and helpful ! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility .
