Ms. Rose, the store manager at the McLemore location has been extremely helpful in assisting us with our initial sign-up for a unit and our unit transfer. Their team went above and beyond in taking the initiative to reach out for follow-up communication and to ensure our unit transfer process was as convenient as possible. We’ve had a pleasant experience with them.
