My unit was broken into and now I'm dealing with a shady insurance company that has a reputation of not returning calls and running from customers. People keep complaining about said insurance company (ESIS), without any resolve or assistance from Extra Space. The staff and owners do not advocate for their customers who are already paying price gouging prices for the unit. This is not ok. Calling 7 on your side next.

- no bathroom, not even a Porto potty - bad hours - there was a fire here recently and homeless people live in the units - office is often closed during its posted hours - lots of pest issues (rodent poop and live silverfish) and facility would not call me back about it despite going in repeatedly Edited to add, they just randomly doubled my rate all of a sudden????
