Love this storage facility. Charles was very helpful and accommodating. The process itself was easy and efficient. Charles was patient and answered all my questions. The location of this facility is close to our home which is why we choose this place. Customer service is outstanding. HIGHLY recommend!!!! A++++

I have been a client at Extra Space Storage for a few years and have not had any issues with my rental. I have closed my unit as I'm moving out of state. Charles at the front counter was very helpful with explaining to me the process for moving out. I honestly did not think it would be that smooth. Had a great experience using this facility for four years. Latest manager of Charles is really great. I love all the updates they’ve made to the facility. The gate, the signs, that office, etc. Highly recommend!
