I called Extra Space Storage Cave Creek/ Black Mountain regarding a huge rate increase notice that I received by mail. I heard back from manager Narissa, stating that my rate will remain the same; no rate increase! I appreciate the quick response and that the owners were willing to see the value in keeping current long term customers happy. The facility is clean, secure and nearby so I didn’t want to find a new facility. I also learned that we can prepay 6months so as to lock in the rate, if needed.

We have been happily renting storage from this location for many years. The service & safety of our unit was very important and we feel very confident. There is someone who lives on the premises. It is extremely clean and well managed. I had a great experience with Norissa recently - the lock on our unit got rusty and she immediately replaced it at no charge. The management & team are very helpful on all levels.
