I was just putting around, stopped in and inquired about storage. Office was cleaner than a lambkin and very well organized considering how small it is. Sam is the Manager of this location in the downtown area of Cave Creek and he knows his stuff when it comes to storage. He explained everything very well, he was professional, courteous, kind; you get the picture. The property was also well maintained! I highly recommend visiting with Sam when you're in need of storage!!

Called up and did the reservation over the phone. Very easy and quick. Great price and facility for what we were looking for. Sam the manager is great and very helpful. Showed me how everything worked and it was easy. Used it twice in the same day. Highly recommend.

What a great experience thanks to Sam ! We found this storage location online. On a Sunday, the Internet was a little slow and the office was closed . So I went to the office first thing Monday to confirm rental information before booking anything . The manager Sam was able to take care of finding the right size unit for Us, a lock and insurance in less than 30 minutes. We are ready to start moving items in. What great customer service . We are very happy that we chose this location.
