I haven't had any real issues with this storage facility, the area around is safe, the units themselves are kept up on and clean. I've been using this place for a little more than a year at this point. The only thing I will point out (and it's my own fault for not seeing the fine print) is that the online rates do NOT stay in place and they will eventually go up. However, the staff does have your back though. I called today after seeing my rate go from $85 to $159. Luckily, I don't have to pay that amount. Scott was a wonderful help in setting up a move-out day and informed me that no fees would incur, all while staying professional and friendly. If any new online deals pop up for this place, I'll probably come back. Update 8/28/2026 Back on Aug10th, I spoke with a worker named Jarrod who managed to help negotiate my bill as once again my rate had been adjusted from $70 to $123, he managed to get it down to $74 after speaking to higher-ups. That was $74 with fees, insurance and everything else included as the the total price. He was transparent and informed me of what I'll need to pay AFTER this month. I was relieved because it's currently a hard time for me financially, HOWEVER, 18 days later I log in to find out my rate is 106. I feel lied to, they didn't keep their word whatsoever. The next month over when my rate would be adjusted, I would at least be ready for it, but they pulled the carpet from under me right now. I'm changing to a different storage company after this, lying to your customers is low and I can't support that.
