The customer service here is amazing. I went in to close out my unit due to a combination of underutilizing the space and an increase in cost. Michelle took the time to go over some options for smaller units (without pressuring me). After discussing it with my wife we decided to downsize instead of closing out. Great large open building, it's climate controlled. The women working there is probably the best customer service in the planet. Very friendly, very helpful. Bought a great storage here. Probably going to store my things here too since it's so cheap!! Amazing place! Amazing experience!! 5 stars!!!
