I just rented a space and put a few items in storage. Apparently, I didn’t secure the lock all the way. Grace found that my unit wasn’t locked properly and called me to let me know. Really appreciate their customer service.

I won a storage unit on an auction site and the property manager Angela has been nothing but spectacular!! Unfortunately I bit off more than I can chew and she's been helpful throughout the process letting me know my options. Would highly recommend extra space storage with Angela as a property manager!!
