We love our Extra Space Storage experience! My family has stored in several unit sizes for about 7 years. The storage is clean and safe, and the indoor drive up units make loading and unloading more comfortable. Sue is compassionate and a big reason why we choose to continue to store our belongings at Extra Space. Our family experienced financial challenges this year which made it challenging to pay our unit rents. Sue followed up with us and kept us aware of payment deadlines. I felt as though she goes beyond the business of office - I believe she truly cares for the stories behind the stuff. Thank you, Sue, and Extra Space!

Let me start by saying the level of customer service provided at this storage facility is top tier on all levels!! The manager “Sue” made the check in process fast , easy , and she is very informative of the amenities & clock in/out times plus easiest routes to my storage locker. Can’t say enough about Sue! The Price of the storage unit was the best around for the service provided I checked around I got $50 off the initial check in!!! Thank you Sue & Extra Space Storage!!
