I have been with Extra Space storage on 35th avenue for about 2 1/2 years. Donovan has always been super helpful and friendly. From the time I first came into the office to the times I've spoken to him on the phone, he is wonderful.

Donovan was a very helpful person that helped me very much when I needed it kind respectful got what I needed done and great personality over the phone great customer service I would recommend Extra Space Storage to all my friends and relatives because they have good customer service good people working there that will do everything and anything they can to help you when you needed the most I thank him very much from the bottom of my heart because I thought I was going to have to lose my MySpace and everything in it but he helped me and and now I don't have to worry about all my things in there God bless me with him answering that phone I do appreciate him very very much God bless him thank you for your help and kindness

I'm really enjoying my experience at this storage facility. The buildings are exceptionally clean and all of the paint looks very clean, nice, and bright. The grounds are completely spotless and perfectly clean. The manager drives around in a golf cart checking on everyone, and to some degree, providing a level of security for everyone. The entrance has a controlled gate for added security. The storage unit itself is very clean and spacious. I love this place.

Got a good price on my large unit. The onsite manager, Donovan, has provided the best customer service of any other person I’ve worked with at other storage facilities. He approaches every question or concern I’ve had with a focus on what can be done to resolve the issue. Good prices, great customer service.
