When I first Rented the space I had got a call from the manager Donovan, who urged me to reach out to him if I needed anything or needed to make changes. It was obvious after the first month that I didn’t need as much room as I had rented so I was a little hesitant about downgrading, because maybe they frown on that, but when I went down there, I was amazed and surprised at how helpful and friendly Donovan was at giving me an upgrade to a smaller unit. I would totally recommend Extra Space storage to my friends and family. It was definitely a good experience. This guy Donovan went above and beyond by being friendly and most important to me, polite about the situation.

We had an unusual situation with late night storage—too much stuff and not enough time. The manager was very understanding and helped to relieve our stress over a sudden move. We ended up with two storage units that will become one once the heat subsides.

Had a billing issue I needed resolved and Donovan at my local unit had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. The staff has always been good to me and their app is actually very easy to use. Storage quality and care is very high and they’ve actually repainted twice I believe since being with them, keeping everything clean and the colors bright! Thank you, team.
