I have used Extra Space Storage for many years. You have a choice of outside or climate controlled units, and the facility is very clean. A plus--the Bluetooth app to open the gate is really convenient. Lastly, the staff, in particular the current manager Linda, is a case study in what good customer service should look like. I recently had an issue which Linda resolved with sensibility, calmness and humor. I have been in customer service my entire life. It takes a lot to impress my, but Linda exceeded my expectations!
