Todd at Extra Space Storage on Madero Ave in Mesa, AZ is awesome. He made a stressful moving situation manageable by getting me in a unit at a great price that fit my families needs. On site he was extremely helpful and accommodating. We’ll be downsizing to a smaller unit soon and he already broke the details down to me on my last trip to ESS. I especially recommend this location and the company as a whole! Great experience. 5 stars

I’ve recently got a storage unit and I had broke my key in the lock. Todd was there on scene to help me cut the lock and replace it within minutes. He also introduced himself the first time I came in.. Todd’s the man, I’m glad I use extra space storage because of him… Chris

I have been absolutely thrilled with my experience here at Extra Space Storage - Modero. This facility is clean and professionally managed. Todd is an amazing host and always makes himself available for our needs. He is friendly and goes above and beyond for the customers here. As for the company as a whole, I love that I have the option for 24/7 access, that has been very hard to find at other storage places. My wife and I run a theater company so we routinely need storage access late at night after wrapping up shows and this place is perfect! Thank you Extra Space and thank you Todd!

I used this storage facility from June 2025 to April 2026 and had a fantastic experience! My unit was exactly as I had hoped, and the staff (Todd in particular) was always very kind to me and my family. They were also lenient with allowing movers in when I was ready to move out, and helped me coordinate everything from afar. This location set the bar very high for any future storage facilities I will use.
