I am so thankful for Donovan!!! He saved me so much stress, time, and money!! I called earlier today to make sure the size and type of storage unit would work for what I need. The representative assured me I had climate controlled, drive up access, and a large door. After calling to verify the width of the door I learned that I had a storage unit that was not climate controlled, no drive up access, it was located inside the building, and had two small doors. Had I not called and talk to Donovan, this situation would’ve been a disaster and extremely stressful. Not only did he take care of the situation, he physically went out and measure the door frame ensuring this would work. I am beyond grateful for the quality of customer care and genuineness of him!! Highly recommended!!!
