Former Valley Storage location `11000 N Cave Creek Rd. Office / custodial staff (Tina and Karen) have been terrific --super helpful at all times. Pleasant, energetic, always "on=it"!! VERY disappointed in the huge rent raises ESPECIALLY when there are ZERO enhancements and some cutbacks: ( 1) opening now delayed til 9:30; 2) office closed on Sunday; 3) no gate/key access for promised "extended "access hours 5AM -10PM ; 4 ) no air-cooling -still just swamp-cooled) . Many of the tenants have been here a very long time (my family has rented space here since the late 1970's).As a publicly traded entity the company will prioritize profits above all --climbing up on the backs of customers and staff. No doubt corporate inflated administrative expenses will also push rent rates up. At the very least the Company could have the decency to fulfill their promises of enhanced services provided BEFORE gauging the customers with 2 rent raises in less than 6 months.

I had been with this location before it became Extra Space Storage and had always liked it. People were nice and were like family. At last I was no longer in need of my unit but if I ever do again I'll be choosing this location. Tina had always been especially helpful, I will miss you!
