The process to obtain a storage unit was so very easy. Ronnie took his time, answered all of my questions and guided me through the process in just minutes. When I showed up for the first time to see my storage unit, Carl escorted me to the building, showed me where to put in my code and took me to my unit. Both gentlemen were friendly and helpful. I would recommend Extra Space Storage for the excellent customer service and the price!!
