Very recently, I visited this location to evaluate a unit for potential rental. Ken was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, something which has become fairly rare these days in business dealings. If he is a representation of the other employees here, I would have absolutely no reservation about renting a unit here. Although I do not currently rent a unit from this location, I had one for approximately 2 years without experiencing any significant issues. One piece of advice I will give is to lock in your initial rental rate for as long as you can because rates can increase.
