If I could give this place a zero I would. This place is rat infested!! I moved out of my unit and there were rat droppings all over my belongings and dead rats in the unit. I had to throw out a lot of our stuff and I'm pissed!! This place is absolutely disgusting!!!

When I first got to this location the staff was amazing and so friendly. Then a new manager came. He was so dismissive and rude. He shut the power off on the whole property, I’m assuming to pocket the money.. my entire unit was infested with rats. He tried to blame me yet the rats dragged cigarettes into my unit and I don’t smoke… completely disgusting, unprofessional, and not worth your money…my baby’s clothes, shoes, and memorabilia was destroyed. The rats chewed through literally thousands of brand new unopened wipes. The destroyed everything and I lost the contact number to call so I never got reimbursed for my things. Zero Stars.

I'm renting a unit that is to be a 10x10 it looked small so a friend who paid half of the rent on the unit helped me to measure the unit and it came out to be an 8 by 8 not a 10 by 10 unit
