So I went into the storage place because we lost our keys and Makayla helped us was very polite. Very knowledgeable and was able to get us our new keys within just a few moments. She made sure we knew where the restrooms were. She made sure we knew where to go and park so we’re closer to Our unit we didn’t have to drag everything across the pool place definitely really great service customer service Once again, Makayla was awesome

The storage facility is safe located in the back of the cul-de-sac, so no main connecting roads, alleys which is to keep in mind not only for your belongings, but those moving it and for your own safety and the most spotless storage facility I have walked through! Cleaner than I can get my house kinda impressed. MIKAYLA you are such a Gem not often nowadays will anyone go out of their way if they aren’t being paid to do so. She sent me the online map and Walked me through to even know where the unit was, ensured my safety the next morning as a young woman meeting a team of all men movers alone before operating hours. With moving and storage, all the inconveniences, injuries and unknowns that could happen in between or during having someone who cares enough to make One of the most inconvenient things of life more convenient is so rare. she was there both days made sure that the doors were wide open for me and the crew and she was really there and not just at the desk and to unlock the doors not at her convenience but to tend to mine. A shorter code to give movers and did not miss a detail when ending our contract. I have moved 28 times and know this look it’s a building with metal and locks. We all get it and there’s a bunch of them around. Look for what is harder to find communication, care and accommodation from the people running that maze it is how you pick where you store your most beautiful belongings or trashed furniture from a fully furnished Airbnb. a year later exactly how I left it when I close that locker. all around with my experience in moving cross country and two different countries and within the same state you name it is without failure, it is the Mikayla’s out there.. rare to but when you do. This is only my third review on google for a reason because well I’d be lucky to have same experience again and know it heavily
