When I was at my lowest point to lose everything, the employees reached out to make sure if things were ok, if I needed time, and when the people that were to help me did not help, I paid from my pocket, the young lady helped me with the most comfortable price I would need. Thank you to the staff on Irvington and Midvale.

I spoke with Sage from Extra Space/Life Storage because I was very concerned about my rate increase. She was so understanding and tries right away to accommodate my needs. After she was able to help, she continued to find other ways that would help my situation out! She made me feel like a valued customer and made sure that I was happy with the outcome. I’ve also scheduled a time to come in and meet with her to discuss other scenarios that I could benefit from. I was very thankful for our conversation. Sage is awesome!!!!

This place is great! I feel peace of mind knowing my things are stored safely in a clean and cool storage. I can come and go with ease between 6am-10pm EVERYDAY:), and Sage always assures me with her presence alone that they care and are attentive on who comes in and out of the storage via observation and cameras. They are very understanding and sympathetic when it comes to life changes and those who have the intent on holding on to their belongings as best they can. They do not just throw your stuff out without warning. I can guarantee anyone who decides to use this storage won't regret it. Thank you Extra Space for helping us continue to strive and make progress.
