The staff is very friendly, the prices are great, very affordable, and possibly the most affordable in the Tucson area. I highly recommend this storage unit as you are getting your money's worth and have the assurance that your stuff is super secure. The staff is also extremely helpful. Extra Space Storage was a great place to rent from in last minute crunch at a reasonable rate. The rental process was quick and simple. The premises were always clean and at a cool temperature. We always felt secure when onsite and that our belonging were safe. If ever needed, I won’t hesitate to rent storage from this company again!

This review is long over due. I was with another big brand storage facility for over 7 years, before I had had enough of their bureaucracy and lack of empathy or concern towards their customers.
