Had a great experience securing a unit at the Extra Space Storage on South Wilmot in Tucson, AZ today! Manager Alyssa Mitchell explained everything to me thoroughly and the facility itself is really exceptional (clean, well-lit, climate-controlled, convenient and accessible location, etc.) This all came up very last minute for us yet everything was set up within a few minutes! We had a similar experience last year at an ExtraSpace Storage facility in Portland, Oregon. I really don’t expect I would ever consider another provider! Very pleased!

Absolutely awful place. The doors don't work half the time and they DOUBLE your rate after 3 months. Bait and switch tactics got me moved out real quick
