Devlan (I hope I spelled that right) was so helpful when he called me back this morning. My question was so drawn out I hung up right after I started talking. He called me right back and said he missed a call from this number and wanted to know how he could help. He answered all my questions and was very patient. If I ever need a storage facility I will use this company. I would also recommend it to anyone who ask about storage companies. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

The storage on Kolb is great I love how it’s kinda tucked behind another spot, the site Manager is on it when it comes to any rift raft that might be lurking in the parking lot. It is completely secured, you can’t get any access without the codes. I feel safe at this location and there are cameras all over the place… another plus for me!

Great place to store your stuff! This is the second time I've used them in Tucson. It's clean and tidy and very secure. The staff are very helpful - yesterday I needed a crescent wrench to help attach my bike hitch and they lent me one! The prices are good, too!

The new onsite manager at the kolb Rd facility is the right man for this job! He knows his job and values security of his property and the tenants. He helped me get into a bigger unit without being charged a ton of new fees. When I first moved in I was worried about my stuff cause of the people around here, but he has made a great efforts with great success to turn this place around and I am very thankful for it. I feel 100% comfortable bringing my important things here now. Great guy and he can laugh and have fun, great communication skills and his people skills are outstanding. Thanks extra storage for making the decision to place him here.
