We have had a great experience with Extra Space Storage so far. The agent who helped us set up the lease last night was extremely helpful and explained everything very well. We had to call back with a question and the customer service answered quickly and was also helpful. Today we came to see the units. Tom in the office was great, showed us around, explained everything. The facility is very clean, the access to our units is easy. I highly recommend them Updated 3 months later: Our entire experience with Extra Space was excellent. The facility was always kept clean. Access to units was very easy, the carts are great. When we were finished with each unit all we had to do was leave it open. Didn't have to call or contact them. April and Selena processed the departures and refunded the unused balance of the 4 month prepaid rental in less than one business day. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly. Thanks for helping us with our huge move!

Every person I have spoken to is very professional and very kind. I have had many many storage units in my life and I think this is probably gonna be the best one I’ve ever had Tom. I think his name is his guy that helped me and so many other people they were very, very, very helpful. Makes me feel much better about my move to Washington.

This place is amazing! We had movers come get our stuff early in the morning before the office opened. We cleared out. Shut our unit door and took the lock. 30 minutes after the office opened we got a call asking if we took our stuff out! I was in shock! I was impressed with how observant they were! They closed our account and gave us a 1 month refund since we only used 11 of our 12 months. I would definitely rent from them again! A+ service!

Rebecca at the Tanque Verde store was so helpful, kind and respectful. We got just what we wanted.

I'm 88 yrs old and have never used this kind of storage system before. Rebecca did a great job of taking me thru the security system, code numbers and special lock. She also helped me some extra moving boxes for my stuff that I need to store here.
