I was not too sure if this was the route I wanted to go for some short term storage needs but the staff at the 500 Jacksonville location was very helpful. Adam took many of my phone calls and stop in visits and assured me that location was well suited for my needs. The unit was clean, access made simple with the app...easy peasy. So far so good ...if the rest of my storage rental time goes so smoothly I'll be very pleased.
