Riley at the counter was really good at explaining everything so I could rent with confidence. When I moved in, Monica was extremely engaged and helpful, and even came up to my floor to see how I was doing, and helped out with an elevator situation. The facilities themselves seem quite nice and clean, one of the elevators wasn’t working which caused a bit of a backup with how many people were moving in. It seems like a possible design flaw that the elevator can be put out of service by someone holding the door open, since that is a very common thing most people do with elevators. Perhaps a larger and more prominently placed sign in multiple languages explaining this issue could help keep more elevators in operation. I really appreciated how well maintained the dollies were- they rolled very smoothly and turned on a dime, which was refreshing compared to the average limping, listing, & rattling specimen you find at most facilities.

I can’t say enough about the ease of obtaining a storage unit at this beautiful location. Riley provided us with A+ customer service from start to finish. The facility is impeccably clean, including the restroom. The rates are reasonable for the storage size needed as well as the price options for insurance. And the building security at every access point definitely sets this company apart from its competitors. Might I add that we certainly enjoyed the view when we decided to load-in our items for safekeeping. Thank you Riley for being informative, kind, and helpful. Hopefully I am adding to the list of customers who see you as an asset and great representative of the company. Btw, the showcase of the unit had us sold upon sight, size, and cost. Very nice, very professional, and the space is clean. The staff is kind and courteous-- All the staff have to deal with alot of people in transit so to speak, and are always helpful --- and a special shout out to Monica for her help and dealing with my HUGE move. PLUS they have extended hours compared to other places, so that's a bonus!
