The customer service is excellent. First time we signed up with Whitney, and when we had to leave we were taken care of by Marissa and both did a fantastic job. It’s easy to access the gate with the app as well. Only downside is the rate increases, but they do let you know ahead of time. In the past year, we had about 2.

Miss Tanya was very pleasant and very professional she was able to answer all the questions. Also the facility is very clean and we love that. We feel very comfortable about our experience at Extra Space STORAGE. I believe Miss TANYA is the manager.
