Dominic and Kyle were very helpful. They showed us potential storage spots and prices. Super helpful and we locked in our storage. Thanks for your help. Updating my post. I just updated my rental agreement. It’s already been a year. Time goes by fast. Marco was very helpful getting us the best deal for our needs. The facility is clean and always available for us to get our stuff when we need it. I recommend this place if you are living in Aliso.

Although I ended up not needing to keep the storage anymore I so truly loved everything about this storage place, from the location, type of unit, and size to the wonderful customer service I had from the beginning. Starting with Kyle whom helped me get the unit, to Kaz and Dieter who were also helpful at the storage and over the phone, to Andrew who made turning the unit over to them a very simple, easy process including the refund for the last months left on my prepaid package. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a great storage and a great and wonderful customer service to help you all the way through! Everyone is very welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional! I give them 5 ??s! ??????
