Earl was super helpful and got me in and out of my storage unit in a flash. Great prices and can come back anytime 24/7. Very secure and the trolley makes everything so easy to move. Hope to be here for a while. Rented 5x5 F lot

I just recently moved in , and I thought the online process went OK. Then only after 4 months, I just got a notice of a 100% increase in the rent. Pretty much just got everything organized after moving out from another storage, because I thought that his would cost less. Now it is costing more than the other place. It feels like bait and switch to me.

Incredible staff here! Everyone I have ever spoken to at this location is so kind and always wanting to go the extra mile to help. Today I had some questions and spoke with Venice. She was so helpful and super kind. Then when I was at my unit I was having some issues with my lock that needed to be resolved, she came over to my unit quickly with a solution immediately and made the process super simple. She was so personable and I’m grateful to have a storage unit somewhere that is taken care of by such a great staff!
