Customer service is terrible. The manager is on a power trip and is rude. Had her knock on my car window after I had finished with my unit and was taking a call to tell me to finish my call outside of the facility because I was blocking traffic. Mind you, I was parked off to the side, but most importantly I was the only person on that entire row, and hadn't encountered anyone else while I was there. She had no reason to confront me other than to be rude and to attempt to exercise some non-existent authority. I'm literally taking my business to another company strictly because of my interactions with her. I'd suggest you do the same.
