I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage! Francisco helped me set up my storage unit last minute and made the whole process quick and easy. He was super friendly, patient, and provided great customer service. He actually listened to what I needed and found the perfect unit for me. I really appreciated how personable he was, and he even remembered my mom who had stored her belongings here before! Liz helped me close out my unit and made sure I had moving carts available. She was also very friendly and helpful and made the process easy. The facility was clean, the units were climate controlled, and I liked that there was elevator access and secured entry points. Overall, I had a really good experience and would definitely store here again!
