I had a great experience at Extra Storage Self Storage in Dixon, CA thanks to Veronica and Drew. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. They answered all my questions, made the process easy, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore, and they really made a stressful situation much easier. The facility was clean, organized, and well managed.
